Someone hit my mom's car today. In a parking lot. Turns out we've known her forever. She's never been a nice lady. She's trying to blame it on me and say that I parked in the wrong spot so people can't get out. Well I've seen people park there a ton. You can get out, you obviously got in. She also said she couldn't see my car. But it's huge, you can't miss it.
One of the many things I didn't appreciate was her saying, "You're young. I guess you've learned your lesson today. You should only park in parking spots." She was also putting words into my mouth when my mom got there. She's like.. "Your daughter said she didn't want to park over there because it was too cold to walk over here." After she said that, I said no! I said I didn't know you could park over there. Then she added, " Well then you said it was too cold." Again I said, "No I never said that."
There are zero "No Parking" signs there and I see people park there all the time. Even the people that work there said that she was in the wrong.
We're sending it to insurance but there's a lot more damage on my mom's car than on her car.. That's for sure.
